Hey Iceland. You're a little isolated in your childlike weirdness. There I said it. We don't hate it, I just thought you might like to know what it is we're looking at. We also find it very childlike mysteriously mystical. Yeah Björk's a weirdo, she's not as weird as you Americans, you do weird things in your heads at Björk and then Iceland. There's nothing wrong with Icelandic weirdness it's a very cute weirdness it's not your perception of weirdness, nobody agrees with your perception of weirdness.

Frozen, all alone... Far away... You live in basically Kit Carruthers favourite landscape environment on Earth, it's stunningly beautiful. It's clearly entered your psychology correctly, it takes an artistic minded person to see it, it takes an artistic minded person to see why so many of you go artistic minded. No you can go try to look at the pictures, normals, you think you're going to get it you're still not going to get it. Favourite landscape environment on Earth besides maybe Baffin Island or the centre of Antarctica.

They're actually very reserved and untheatrical as a people, very grounded and unsentimental, they're not trying to present to you their Iceland, not exactly, not like you think. They're very comfortably presenting their Iceland, they think they know what it is but they don't really know what it is. Some of us can see it, most of you can never really see it. They operate on another level. They don't get it either.
